Anyone need cheering up after events last night? Here's a result to smile about - black-tailed godwits on the rise in England. These birds are now on their way to the Netherlands, Spain, France, Portugal and then into Africa. They know no borders #TogetherWeFly 🧡
Wader passage is up and running @ #RSPBFrampton and while the water levels are nice and shallow it's a great opportunity to read rings. We've had two good godwit recoveries recently. Black-tailed from @WWTworldwide @projectgodwit and a bar-tailed from Norway c/o Kjell Mork Soot.
