FINAL PROJECT CONFERENCE, PART OF THE 2022 IWSG CONFERENCE

Continental black-tailed godwit research advances over the last 15 years: what have we learned and what is still missing?

24 September 2022

Scientists and conservations came together at the 2007 International Wader Study Group (IWSG) conference to discuss the situation for black-tailed godwit populations breeding in Europe – the contrasting trends, drivers of decline and knowledge gaps. 15 years later – how has the situation changed for the continental godwit (L. L. limosa)? Join us to discuss research advances over the last 15 years, identify current knowledge gaps, and discuss how to fill those gaps with maximum benefit for the conservation of the species.
